The masterclass will be held in conjunction with the 7th international summit on Executive Compensation & Benefits.

The objective of the masterclass is to highlight the current issues that HQs of multinationals’ face in the management of the pensions and benefits plans which they sponsor throughout the world. It will explore the underlying risks at both HR and financial levels; practical solutions such as risk reduction techniques and benefits governance models.
