What do businesses need to do now in order to be successful in 2020?

Wikipedia says ‘the millennials’ are also known as: ‘Generation Y – a term used to describe someone born immediately after Generation X… There is much dispute as to the exact range of birth years that constitute Thee Millennials.
For the purposes of the Managing tomorrow’s people series, PricewaterhouseCoopers refers to millennials as those who entered the workforce after 1 July 2000.
